I am a certified Hand Therapist trained to restore hand and upper limb function, helping patients regain maximize independence and confidence. The goal is to rehabilitate patients after hand injuries, fractures, burn, and surgery, including carpal tunnel, support and therapy for managing chronic conditions such as arthritis to effectively reduce pain and improve hand functionality to help you return to your daily activities. â€‹My services include taping, casting, wound care and post-surgical rehabilitation to restore hand function.

Taping & Splinting

My service includes the design and fitting of individual, thermoplastic splints tailored to your needs—whether for the finger, hand, or forearm. These unique supports help reduce pain, promote healing, and improve hand function, so you can return to daily life with greater ease and comfort.

Applying medical bandage

Wound Care & Scar Management

I provide gentle, evidence-based treatment to support healing and reduce scarring. This includes hands-on techniques using massage sticks, silicone gel, and desensitisation strategies to improve skin mobility and minimise discomfort.
